I can't believe it is already September 1st! Today is Flag Day, introducing the proud month of INDEPENDENCE. Along with Independence Day, we will also be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Day and Children's Day this month. An Acto Civico was held in El Centro today. 9th graders were required to attend. Our school assembly was a lot of fun:
Mr. Kevin helps our students prepare for the big assembly with both the Honduran Flag and the "American" Flag. Remember- we are all Americans!
We love showing everyone the beautiful flags we have been creating!
All of this excitement makes it too hard to keep our hands to ourselves :-)
